Nicely set up space with good Santa Fe flavor.  Very quiet!  Excellent location for Canyon road activities.

I absolutely loved Charles' place and the location is perfect. You won't need a car as long as the weather is good. The unit was cozy and comfy. Felt very safe and well located. They were responsive and all the important things were excellent quality. Happy times).

We found this to be a cute little place in a very quiet neighborhood. It was in walking distance to town and the major attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second week-long stay. <br/>Besides meeting our high priorities of: clean, good location, comfortable bed, nice sized, and with washer & dryer, there are other features that were much appreciated: adobe style, private outdoor space, extra bath towels, multiple coat & hat hooks by front door, 2 luggage holders and a filtered water pitcher. <br/>Could still use a second towel bar, though, in the bathroom.

Our stay was really good and we loved the property.  Walked all over the place and enjoyed the quiet nights.  Price was good and everything was really nice.  A few things that we would have liked to be better - internet connectivity (I’m an IT director and still had to reset it each day and work for 5-10m to get the TV online, and even then only the slower network worked), brick step into the bathroom is a problem and dangerous (easy to break a toe) - this should be changed into a simple ramp with a little masonry work.  Also would have liked the bathroom door to have a stopper of some sort, it’s impossible to leave open otherwise.  This place is phenomenal overall though - i would not hesitate to stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to anyone else wanting a great time in Santa Fe!

I loved the place as soon as I saw it - charming decor!  We were conveniently within walking distance of the Plaza and Railyard. It was comfortable, quiet, and a perfect stay of 4 nights in Santa Fe!

The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable inside and out. It’s an easy walk to the Railyard, farmers market, restaurants, etc. The front gate is a little troublesome to use so we mostly parked on the street. The gate would randomly open when we didn’t intend it to, most likely from walking with the remote control in one of our purses. Our hosts were extremely easy to reach and very responsive.

Santa Fe Property Solutions

It was perfect. Spacious, yet cozy. The mattress was very comfortable. The shower/tub had great water pressure and a really good shower head. Washer and dryer were conveniently located in bathroom. Kitchen had all the needed basics. There was a great relaxing outdoor area with a fire pit. The location was absolutely wonderful. The plaza and art area were very walkable from the unit. Also, it was a quiet area (no street traffic). We would stay here again without hesitation.

Charles communication was proactive and clear so that we did not have any questions.  The place was exactly as pictured, and checking in was easy.  We loved that we were able to walk everywhere, which is exactly what we were looking for in this stay.  Not a complaint, just know before you go:  the floors are not completely level, so if you have mobility issues it might not be the place for you.

This little studio was so cute and clean, just like the pictures on the site.  I wasn’t there much because I was moving in a college student but it was lovely to come home to when I was tired and needed a shower.  Very good location. Loved the designated parking for the three different apartments. Very comfortable bed if you don’t need a firm mattress. Good communication with the host. Everything in working order.  I am hoping to stay again my next visit to SF. 

We very much enjoyed our 2-week stay here, tucked away in a quiet alley off of Canyon Rd. It was comfortable, quiet, pleasant, had pretty much everything we needed for our stay, and was walkable to so much! The kitchen was equipped so that we could cook if we wanted. The front patio was perfect for morning coffee. Parking was a bit tight, but we did fine with a Lexus SUV. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend! 

Such a cute spot! I loved how walkable it was to coffee shops, restaurants, the farmers markets (Tuesday/saturday) at the railyard plus everything in the central part of town. I didn’t need a car. The neighborhood is adorable. And the place itself was everything I needed and very confortable :) I would stay here again!

This property was above expectations.  It was so adorable and welcoming.  The decor is so perfect and fits in great for Santa Fe You are walking distance from all that is happening and will love how convenient this is.  We did not have to get in the car at all once we parked there.The host was prompt in there replies and clearly answered.
