Charles’ place is adorable, clean, cute decor and everything works. It’s really close to a Starbucks and the Railyard. (Though we visited during arctic blast and didn’t walk anywhere, it’s definitely close enough for a quick stroll if weather permits.) The stove heats up quickly and I love the amenities - Charles thought of everything, games and mixology tools - shaker cup and jigger. He provided a small basket of comped snacks, bevs and ground coffee for the Keurig w refillable pods. Sugar/creamer powder packets… honey, some spices. The home has everything we need! The thermostats for the rooms are easy to work with, the smaller bedroom didn’t have a heater/ac but he left a portable heater that was handy as well. We felt safe during our stay. If I had to nitpick, it is located on a busy road so overnight it was a bit noisier. Recommend bringing some ear plugs for sleeping unless you’re used to noise and there are skylights so sleep mask for black out if needed. TY Charles!!!

enjoyed my stay. the welcome snacks and wine won me over 😉😂. place was clean and very well stocked-didnt skimp on bath towels. the only nitpicking I can do is the location- it's off a very busy street so there's traffic noise you can hear in the front bedroom. would definitely stay again 👍
